Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, PRN

• Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

• Medical Specialty: Occupational & Rehabilitation Medicine

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

• Work Location: In-person at our Camelback Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, AZ

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients’ functional goals, focusing on improving independence in daily activities, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical and cognitive function.

• Engage with the local community through education, workshops, or events to promote wellness and rehabilitation awareness.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (Required)

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)

• Strong communication skills and a passion for community-based care

• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
