We welcome therapy graduates to our affiliated skilled nursing and post-acute rehab facilities by providing:

  • Mentoring Program 

  • Monthly New Hire meet-ups with other new therapists from affiliated facilities

  • On-going Continuing Education opportunities & Events

  • Our DORiTO (DOR in Training Opportunity) Program, Mentorship Programs, Clinical Expert programs and more.  We Build Therapy Leaders 

  • A wide variety of clinical settings including long term care, short term, post-acute rehabilitation, outpatient, and specialty programs such as wound care, vent/trach subacute and weaning programs, cognition, EMG/NCV specialties, Neuromuscular e-stim for swallowing, Parkinson’s & Other Neurological Programs, to name a few

  • Opportunities to learn from our Master Clinicians
