Rock Creek Rebrands Outpatient Therapy Program

By Andrea Morrow, OTA and DORiTO, Rock Creek of Ottawa, KS

Rock Creek of Ottawa is thrilled to announce the successful rebranding of its outpatient therapy program, now known as Rock Creek Outpatient Clinic. This initiative comes in response to substantial growth in our outpatient services over the past two years and aims to clearly differentiate our offerings from those of our long-term care and skilled nursing facility.

Andrea Morrow, COTA/L & Assistant Director of Rehab and current DORiTO, in collaboration with Chelsey Dinkel, Outpatient Coordinator, worked diligently on the rebranding effort, including the development of new marketing materials and a fresh identity that truly reflects the quality of care we provide in the comfort of our clients' homes and at our outpatient clinic.

To celebrate this exciting transition, Rock Creek Outpatient Clinic hosted a Chamber of Commerce Coffee event on November 1. The event welcomed around 50 members from the community, who enjoyed coffee and pastries and shared valuable insights into the specialized therapy services we offer. The positive feedback we received from attendees and the Chamber of Commerce President confirmed the community's enthusiasm for our enhanced identity and commitment to service excellence.

"We are dedicated to providing top-notch therapy services tailored to the unique needs of our clients," said Andrea Morrow. "This rebranding represents not only a new name but a renewed commitment to our community, making it easier for them to recognize and access our outpatient therapy services."

As Rock Creek Outpatient Clinic moves forward, we are excited about the opportunities to build new relationships with residents and referring physicians and to expand our reach. We remain steadfast in our mission to deliver exceptional therapy services that improve the well-being of our clients and the community as a whole.
